FROM THE PRESIDENT
GoldenROM is Bustin’ Out!

This week, GoldenROM secured an additional 10,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space to add to its existing facility. The expansion will be used to grow the company’s existing fulfillment business, expand our manufacturing to include a newly purchased VideoJet Inkjet mailing system as well as a brand new Scandia over wrapper. The inkjet system will allow us to inkjet mailing pieces at a blazing rate of 40,000 pieces per hour with inline tabbing. The Scandia will replace some of our shrink wrap equipment to over wrap jewel cases and DVD cases.

In addition, we have purchased a new Baum folder that will allow us to fold booklets at a blinding speed. We also have purchased a brand new perfer/slitter for jewel case tray cards.

The company continues to grow at a very healthy pace. We are concentrating on training and customer service to not only gain new customers, but to retain the ones that we have. Some of our customers today, are the very customers who have been with us over the past many years. That is good customer service!

Of course, we could not grow with out the support of our loyal customers. Did you know that nearly 30% of our business is a result of customer referrals? Thank you for sharing the GoldenROM experience with others!!
